Ordered an item at £23.98, got confirmation email but never received anything. They did not answer any of my emails. Phone number does not work. After having claimed money back from credit card company they finally got in contact with me. They claimed item had been sent but they did not provide any reference or date that would allow me to track it. Now, they have come back to my credit card company with a Royal Mail tracking number. Only problem is that their tracking number does not match the postoffice it would have been delivered from. They are complete frauds and they should not be allowed to trade.
