I've bought quite a lot of clothes from phix clothing, and never had any issues. 90% of my purchases have been flawless and the one time and item went out of stock i was sent an email written by a person, and not a computer. I replied with my alternative choice and the shorts arrived within 2 days.

Shipping is always very fast, and i am usually surprised at the speed.

Overall it's hassle free and easy shopping. I hear they have new management and i daresay the great customer service is down to this. Thanks guys!
