Very helpful both in the shop and customer service

We went into the shop on the Saturday to look at ceiling speakers. The sales man was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us pick out good quality speakers, which he demonstrated. He checked stock and advised on cable. When I called up to check the order, the customer service man said he'd pull straight from stock and get the delivery out for me that day. They delivered on time, and their prices for our particular items were comparable with other suppliers online.
