I purchased track ir 5 pro on the 16th of February and I'm still waiting. Once i emailed them they claimed they are waiting on an order from the United States to arrive. They never answer the phones and the online chat is always "buisy". At one point I thought it was a scam and the website is fictitious until I researched it online. If they knew they had no stock they should of listed it on the website as out of stock not 3-4days. It's mis leading and unacceptable.
I have finally received half of my order as they are out of stock of the track clip, they have refunded me £5 due to my problems and assured me the rest of the order will follow. They were quick to respond to this review however I don't think I would of had the same response if I had sent them an email. If they want to sustain the business and customer satisfaction they should listen to the reviews and fix the issues they are having with every customer, not just the ones that submit a review.
So it's been over two months now and still waiting on the rest of my order. Absolutely unacceptable.
