Customer Services tried very hard to be empathetic after the wrong colour massage bed was delivered. I appreciated their efforts, the end product was finally delivered two days later but to be honest I was just really disappointed that I had to spend two days of my well earned week off waiting at home for my delivery. Mistakes happen, I appreciate that, but it would put me off recommending them. My time off is precious
