the delivery was delayed as some items are not available in the warehouse and need to be ordered. the email alert indicated the dates the items will be delivered to the warehouse, however even after one week of the indicated date, the goods are still not shipped out to me. no communication from the company to inform me why the delay occur and when the order will be delivered. i have to email them to get the information. to their credit, the response was prompt and all available goods were sent immediately.
