Happy with the goods but took a week or two to come which wasn't clear when I ordered (I only wanted frames not lenses so thought would be quick). No emailed info arrived, not an order confirmation, not a delivery slot - though an invitation to join the Facebook group did make it - so address was correct. I would take off another star but I've very occasionally had this problem before so may be something odd about my email...

Sometimes due to certain email settings or your email provider, our confirmation email may have pushed through to your spam or junk folder.
