The service from Serenata is amazing & cannot be faulted. My mum was pleased with the flowers but felt very embarrassed to tell me that some of them were already drooping & ready to die... I was then very apologetic that they had arrived like that on Mother's Day! It is with regret that I will not return to Serenata :(

I am addicted to cleanliness & a nice smelling home! I searched Glade candles & this shop beat every other one hands down on price. The parcel arrived the next day neatly boxed & packaged to a very high standard. I will be returning again, hence my 5* rating!
