Sorry Guys, this was an urgent purchase, as a first time buyer on your site if you had delivered on your promise you would have have had a customer for life. The promise was next day delivery, order by 1.00 pm, which I did and paid for. Only chasing you up late afternoon did we find out that it would be another 4 days! We had no choice but to cancel and claim our money back. (which you handled well, thank you) The very biggest improvement all online stores can improve is customer communication, especially when things go wrong. Get it right and you will be the winner!
