Couldn't have been better.

I bought three Homeplugs and had to return one of them twice, believing them to be faulty. After discussing my problem with Richard it became clear that the problem was with the location and interference from other electrical items and not the Homeplugs.

Faculty - X were superb and offered a quality customer focused service.
