I sent you an e-mail Sunday night to aftersales@bathempire.com explaining, the reason why i would like to have a refund of £39.99 + £6.95 Delivery. Had a professional plumber to put it in on Thursday 25Th Oct. the next day (Friday) the shower was leaking on off position, it slowly was trickling for three days until the plumber came back on the Sunday 28th Oct., to take it out and cap the pipes. Plumber said there is a fault inside the thermos bar. I am on a water meter and now worried that this was running for thee days nearly. How do I send this back to you, cannot sent picture, no knowledge with my PC to do this and no mobile phone to send picture. Please let me know what to do.
