My god where do I start!! Ordered a kindle and it did not arrive within 14 working days. i called every day and they couldn't tell me when they were going to even ship it, just kept saying it was awaiting courier dispatch. After a month i finally kicked off and Manager Patricia was supposed to email me on Friday, confirming when my order would be posted (upgraded delivery) and reg the free gift she promised me for the wait. Its all lies as on Monday, had no such email and it still hadn't been shipped!! Therefore today I have had no choice but to cancel the order after waiting a month! It was suppose to be my Birthday present. Simply electronics is the WORST company I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is appalling, shipping methods are clearly flawed, a scam company! If they do not process my refund today without fail I will report them to the regulatory body in Hong Kong! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
