First impressions last ... result, lost customer

Im terribly disappointed. I have to say iv actually never felt inclined to write a review. Ordered on the 8th Oct 2012, still havnt received my order. Order number: 963895. (Posting to NZ) Our customs service will only hold back items over $700 NZD. and the courier company has no way of tracking my parcel as it has no tracking number. We cant get many brands in NZ like you do overseas, was very much looking forward to trying out what beautybay had to offer. Now just bummed. Will be telling friends to purchase at their own peril.

UPDATE: Received my parcel today. Im very happy. I havnt experienced problems with online ordering before. It had taken 18 working days to deliver to NZ. I only had Strawberrynet as a comparison, which is free postage and takes 5 working days from Hong Kong.
I wanted to add some Positives: Great prices, selection and website. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

We're sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived. Our postage to NZ is free, and to be able to offer this, it is not on a tracked service. On occasion, items can be delayed in the post - however, please be assured that we offer a full refund/replacement policy in cases where the parcel doesn't arrive. We have to wait a certain amount of time before we can process this (in case the parcel was only delayed and arrives in due time). We'll contact you directly via email with more details on this.
