Generally good- just don't try to complain!

I use to buy all my train tickets and generally have little problems. I would prefer if they accepted Solo cards as well as credit/debt cards to make it easier for all to pay. They charge to use certain cards. Be aware that ticket collection machines are not available at all stations, and you may end up having to buy a replacement ticket (and losing the cost of the original). I reduced the rating to 3 stars as this situation happened to me. When I tried to complain to reclaim my money, I found it impossible to use their email complaint form and am unable to call them from outside the country.
