Outstanding Delivery
I ordered a new DSLR simply because it was the cheapest price I could find for it. The order was placed on a Friday night, and delivered to my door by Monday morning. Hong Kong to Belfast over a weekend - you can't get much better than that!

Not so good when it comes to selling, you get screwed by the constant fees they charge you for everything and then screwed again by the PayPal fees at the end!

Good Deals, Annoying Emails at Ungodly Hours
I love Groupon deals, I think they're excellent. My one dislike of this company is there annoying emails at ungodly hours, I get about 4 every night around 3am... Stupid time to send emails!

Excellent online service, I buy from play.com time and time again! Highly recommend to any one, fast and free delivery on everything... Not sure how they pull that off but nice one!

Terrible Customer Service
Customer service is appalling, stood around in their Bangor shop trying to get someone to help me find what I was looking for but you basically need to chase the staff around the store. They see a customer and put their head down then turn down a different aisle... Not impressed!
