we paid for next day delivery as we needed a car part urgently to get home from france. The parcel arrived 5 days later, in theory a full refund is offered, but when we requested it the company sided with the couriers and refused any form of refund, not even back to the amount for standard delivery! We feel that UPS had no intention of a next day delivery as the parcel was sent to France from UK via Germany.
