I order a guitar for a 21st birthday present, it was showing in stock ready for next day delivery. Stayed in guitar did not arrive went on to track order and found tucked away in very small type - Guitar not in stock. 10 days later I called to find out what was going on, got a apology and was offered an alternative product at a reduced rate which was delivered the next day. Overall very satisfied but wonder if I would have still been waiting for my original order if I hadn't chased it.
