Thank you for your positive feedback on the KRS Service. It was disappointing to note your feedback on the Surveyor. All valuations are carried out by Surveyors who are independent of KRS and are instructed by the mortgage company. We are currently taking up your feedback directly with the company as valuations should always be carried out by a local Surveyor when ever possible.

I HAVE NOW USED PET SUPERMARKET SEVERAL TIMES AND AM DELIGHTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED.
ALWAYS DESPATCHED WHEN SAID AND ARRIVES WHEN PROMISED.
HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM WITH PAYMENTS GOING ASTRAY.
