I purchased a tablet (Asus Tf700t) and there was a small problem with my order. I was contacted by phone to have this query sorted out and ended up speaking to someone who was truely interested in his business being both reliable and good sevice. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently and posted to me very prompty. In a day and age of faceless corporations and a quick sale it was nice to trade with a business that values your custom and wants to not only do a good job but to improve at the same time rather than just passing you off with bare minimum service. I couldn't recommend this company more and they will be getting a lot more of my business in the future.
