Ordered a monitor which didn't come with a UK plug, customer service not willing to rectify despite legislation in this country preventing sale of goods without UK plugs. I have let them know by email but it has been denied/ignored. Told to contact manufacturer. Have contacted Citizens Advice who advised I quote 1979 Sale of Goods Act and describe as unfit for purpose. Hoping that they may now do something... Ridiculous situation would never use again...
The wrong size door was delivered, I phoned to request it be changed - was promised a call back but got an online message instead. New door did not appear so called again a couple of weeks later, again promised a call back but an email came this time. The door has now been changed - delivered by 1 man which it was too heavy for, he ended up slightly scraping corners on the tarmac as he manhandled it but it is just about ok. People always pleasant on the phone and it was delivered in the end.
