Excellent online store, very highly recommended, and returns are free, very easy and efficient.
I've so far bought 2 pairs of boots from this online company.
Quick delivery, items in perfect condition and packaged as expected, tracking them was easy via the delivery company.
The online photographs and available viewing options of your items are big, clear and accurately representative.
The returns process, if needed, is easy, free and very convenient.
The only downer is that, due to the delivery company that zalando.co.uk uses, you cant specify a delivery time , nor can you even at the very least arrange a narrower 'window of delivery' (say 3 hours as an example) for your package.
You have to literally stay in all day if you want to be there when it arrives.
Aside from this, I'd recommend them very highly.

Efficient, helpful, friendly staff who can speak English; product exactly as expected and delivered quickly; package easily tracked via DHL.
Incredible bargains to be had on this site.
I paid the equivalent of £70 (including postage) for a pair of Persol sunglasses, from this German based online retailer, that if bought either from an online UK based site or from the high street, wouldve set me back double this price, and even close to triple in some cases.
(This same pair is retailing, at the current date I bought them, in Selfridges for £190)
Not a copy, not a fake, the genuine article, with all the packaging and Persol case included.
Very highly recommended.
I will definitely be using this site in future.
Further evidence of the reality of 'Rip Off Britain' when it comes to the prices we pay for our goods in this country.
