Deceiptful Quotes

Same complaint as a number of other users! Original offer £42 quid for my HTC Wildfire, then sent me an email saying due to "excessive scratch" they've knocked off 75% off the value and only offered me £9!

Then if you don't like their offer they charge you £9 return fee to get your own phone back!

Absolute disgrace.
