Right parts, delivery times questionable
I ordered some parts for my car on Sunday evening and needed them rather urgently so paid for express delivery. According to site 2 working days, arrived on the Wednesday(not so bad). I then required more parts the following weeknd and again I ordered on Sunday and this time did not pay the extra for express delivery. The parts still arrived on the Wednesday!

We've looked into this and it appears that your original order was delayed at our end and was not picked and packed until Tuesday. This is highly unusual but was due to a higher than normal demand on the Monday. Please accept our apologies. Your second order was dispatched on the Monday evening.
