On the 22nd October, I ordered a box of 25 slim line jewel cases.
Eventually! on the 30th October they were delivered.
23 of the 25 had broken hinges and are useless. This could have been caused by substandard manufacturing in China. Or they could have been delivered to Impact in this condition, in which case they should never have been sent out. Or given that all the broken hinges were in he bottom of the cardboard box they came in, maybe they weren't packed adequately by Impact. My money's on that option, because the jewel case box had been put inside a bigger cardboard box with no padding and it was free to rattle around.
They don't answer the phone, the email is offline. (But they will TRY to get back to you!) What a way to run a business! Never again.
