battery products for andriod phones

have recently ordered a battery from this company via playtrade the battery is for the samsung galaxy s3 now the delivery was very good can't fault that part how ever the are issues firstly someone has clearly used this battery before they dispatched it because there was already a 50%sharge on the battery when there shouldnt have been any and secondly the battery is discharging faster then the origional one that i have got i will see what happens and if the issue doesn't improve i shall be notifying this company for a replacement battery for the one they've sent or will ask for a refund for a poor product
