Delivery took 9 days from the UK to Denmark, but when I opened the parcel, two 1000 ml bottles of shampoo and conditioner were missing. The box my order was shipped in was too small for them to ever have fit in there. Sloppiness or fraud?
It was quite confusing to raise a claim regarding the missing items. My order was closed, as it was already delivered. I managed to get through to customers service on the phone, but I have to pay the phonebill myself. In order to have the missing items sent to me, I have to fill out a disclaimer, which must be filled out and signed in hand, not computer generated. So glad that I have a scanner that allow me to pass another obstacle in my struggle to make Lookfantastic deliver what I have already paid for. I have yet to see if the items - which accounts for half of the total I paid for the order - will ever be delivered. On this basis, I cannot recommend Lookfantastic to anybody.
Jeg bestilte en Fatboy Heademock hængekøje hos Wupti.com, da den var flere hundrede kroner billigere her end andre steder. Levering var inkluderet, og der gik kun et par dage fra bestilling til levering. Undervejs fik jeg e-mails med ordrebekræftelse og besked om at ordren var på vej. Alt fungerede upåklageligt.
Tandbørst.dk sælger tandbørster til Brauns elektriske tandbørster. Det er en kopivare, men man kan ikke se eller mærke forskel i forhold til de originale tandbørster, der koster mere end det dobbelte. Jeg fik en ordrebekræftelse få minutter efter jeg havde bestilt, og pakken med tandbørster lå i postkassen næste dag.
Jeg købte lagner, bruseforhæng og vasketøjsposer på Tinga.com. Bruseforhængene var nærmest en foræring til 25 kr. stykket, men de er i en lækker, tyk vandafvisende kvalitet. De øvrige varer levede også op til forventningerne.
