Have wasted a week awaiting a collection that may never occur - cannot get a refund from Amazon until they receive the items back and Yodel don't appear to be doing anything about collecting them! I keep receiving emails with proposed collection dates but no collection is forthcoming, awful company and bad partner choice made by Amazon - it does not reflect well on their business and I strongly suggest they review the relationship!
I recently purchased an 8 x 6 Waltons Pent Metal Shed (ESDXL20MET078) online. The item arrived as the last delivery on an 18t vehicle (not sellers own but via third party parcel/freight delivery company), the item had not been secured during transit and therefore the packaging had seen better days when delivered. Despite wearing good gloves I managed to cut myself numerous times whilst unpacking the item. The material was flimsy, generally of poor quality and had razor sharp edges. Without even attempting to construct the shed I decided to return it for a full refund.
Waltons were excellent in dealing with the process of return, had no issue in accepting my reasons for return and in my view provided brilliant customer service despite not actually securing the sale. The collection was undertaken by their own driver who represented the company in an exemplary manor.
In summary I would recommend the company as the model for excellent customer service however would advise anyone considering a purchase to choose the higher end products they have available.
