does what it said, more or less

I ordered 2 packs of white envelopes on a Thursday afternoon before their 4.30 deadline. I only had one postal option offered which was express delivery so no choice, I paid the £9.25
Friday came and went, no delivery. Sat and Sun are not working days, except for those of us who are self-employed where it is 24/7!
Monday pm my envelopes arrived too late for a weekend packing and stuffing exercise I had hoped for ready for Mon am dispatch.

Hi Keith customer services have just investigated an unfortunately your order was placed at 16:31pm so it could not reach our courier company in time. We do unfortunately work to very tight deadlines we apologise we could not get the goods to you for when you needed them on this occasion.

I needed more than the Dim Glimmer I got

The low wattage power consumption sounded attractive, as did the instant start and dimmable capability. But I expected more light than I got. To be honest I've gone back to the incandescent lamps I was already using. Sorry to say I made an expensive mistake.
