Broadband upload speed makes service unusable, after weeks spent trying to get a resolution still nothing but escalation loops and Technical Support & Customer Services that does not listen to there customer. Also interesting to note that the BT Openreach engineer sent round was able to tell me in person that there is nothing wrong with my hardware or the line and it should be good, and the fault lays with TalkTalk, however the Engineers are gagged and not allowed to give me this in writing. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
