Fast dispatch, but slow to resolve problems

Whilst the prices are good, and the dispatch was speedy, they we're slow having a faulty item repaired through Shimano, and then when the repaired item was mis-delivered/lost by City Link it took ages to get a replacement item sent out. Admittedly some of the problems were out ofd their hands, but they could hbve taken responsibility and ensured my continued custop, rather than procrastinating and provarocating. There is no phone number only a form submission system for dealing with problems, which is both cumbersome and long winded. I will not be using them again.

Sorry about the service Matt....We have now left City Link for there many mistakes and now use UKMAIL which is a far superior service so hopefully we can avoid problems like you have received.
