I odered the wrong size rug and your customer service was fantastically helpful in telling how to return the rug, recommending a courier company and arranging for the replacement.
When the replacement rug didnt arrive on the day indicated, customer service was again fantastic and found the rug in Coventry, apologised for the delay and now today I have received an email saying it is on it s way.
Orders can go wrong, that is understandable. Your great service goes along way towards me being a satisfied customer even when it does and I will not hesitate to use or recommend you again.
