I ordered a pair of JCB drivemaster boots. They arrived promptly but were not the same as shown on the website. I sent an e-mail asking why and had a very rude and unhelpful exchange with a member of staff saying that's what I ordered so that's what I got. They were not what I ordered they had the same name but were not as shown on the website. After complaining again the staff member said he would check to see if there were any available like the design on the site. I have not heard anything more after a number of days. Thanks Abbey!

I'm so sorry that you are unhappy with your order. The reason we have not contacted you since the 26 October is that we were of a understanding that you wished to keep the boots you had, as the style of boot you wanted was no longer available. Please see your email below.
