I took out a phone contract back in February and bought a case for the phone at the same time. The case tracked and I was paid 2 pence but the contract (worth £29.99) of cashback didn't. I contacted Quidcare support (should be QUIDNOTCARE) and raised a claim for the missing money. They accepted the claim but then closed it. I challenged this so they re-opened it but then closed it again. Now they are saying I have already been paid. Really frustrating to say the least. Have now swapped cashback sites and using 'topcashback' to see if they are any better.
