I initially ordered a racket on the demo program that I didn't get on with, I immediately ordered a lighter version but was still unimpressed. I called Paul to discuss and elected to send them both back for a refund ( which was prompt with great communication). The following week after some research I called Paul and had a very informative chat where he gave me excellent advise on my chosen options and eventually settled for a pair of the recommended rackets.
They arrived the following day and I managed to play them. The advice payed off as they are superb and everything that Paul had said.
I've had a brilliant customer experience, the prices are great and the service is world class.
I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.
