Before posting my first camera which was silver and blue they discovered it was damaged so they emailed me and said it had been sent back to the manufacturers (good on them) so they said choose another colour so i rung them to let them know what colour i would like and a man on the other end was very abrupt with me and said put it in a email and put the phone down on me i emailed them and said please send me it in BLACK. 2days later another email said we only have it in BLACK, I replied BLACK is good send me it with that i rung them again and a woman answer she was pleasant and said sorry we never read your email sorry it took 4 weeks to arrive.... I would buy from again
