I've been using Ebuyer now for around 9 years and have always been impressed by their service. Their prices are usually the cheapest around (even for TVs, from whom I've purchased 2) and their customer service is very good.
I've had a few things to return over the years; the most memorable was a GeForce 6600GT - it died with about 8 days remaining on the warranty period. I sent them an eNote (their communication system, if you don't want to phone them) and they arranged a collection on it within 24 hours and gave me a full refund on the item (they no longer stocked the card after almost 12 months). With the full refund, I managed to get an 8800GTS with change to spare!
The deliveries always arrive - at the very latest - on the 5th working day if I choose 'super saver' delivery option (though it is usually a lot faster).
I cannot fault them one bit - at every point and turn, they really do exceed my expectations. Ordering is a breeze, deliveries always turn up on time and returns are hassle-free.
I would, and have, recommend Ebuyer to anyone.
Every single item that I've challenged Flubit to find cheaper, it has managed with astonishing speed. I pride myself on finding items as cheaply as possible (including factoring in vouchers, cashback sites, delivery charges etc) - and Flubit almost every time beats what I can find.
Items that I've ordered have always found their way to me in a speedy manner (2-3 days I think my last purchase was - and that was even with the godawful Yodel carrier [see my review on Yodel separately if you care to read how awful they are]).
It offers you 4 'demands' per day - which is usually plenty unless you're a serious shop-a-holic.
I've saved myself a packet this Christmas by using Flubit and ordering items far cheaper than I have managed to find anywhere else. So do yourself a favour and check out this site before you click 'order' on Amazon!
I've worked in mail order myself a few years back and had a lot of dealings with couriers. Never... N E V E R have I had the misfortune of having to deal with such a**eholes as Yodel.
Firstly, they attempt delivery on a Friday and Sunday(!) when I'm not home, visiting family across the other side of the country so I try to rearrange delivery. This is where the fun begins.
I spoke to a chap on Monday just gone - he was either not 'playing with a full deck' or else he was a new starter - not sure which but he didn't inspire the greatest of confidence. I could hear him whispering to someone whilst he was talking to me and there were a lot of 'errs' and 'ummms' in there. He said 'Right, parcel will be with you tomorrow.' I said 'That's no good, I'm at work tomorrow. I need it delivered on Thursday.' Silence. For about 2 minutes. I say 'Errr, are you still there?' 'Yeah, I'm still here.' 'So will my parcel be here Thursday?' 'Yes, it'll be with you Thursday.' Hmmm, not convinced.
So I wait in all day Thursday. No prizes for guessing that it didn't arrive. So I checked their website. Says that the parcel is still in the depot - so didn't even go out for delivery.
Angry and frustrated, I rearrange delivery for today (Friday). I got an email confirmation from Yodel saying that it's coming out today. Hooray, finally, my mum's Christmas present can be wrapped. So at half 4 when it's still not here, I decide to take a peek at its status on their website. 3 guesses - but you'll only need 1. Still sat at the hub - not been sent out for delivery - AGAIN. So I found a number (on this site) that you can ring to speak to someone (an 0844 number so had to pay for the privilege of the next 16 minutes).
FINALLY got through to someone after 11 minutes and proceeded to explain that I was more than a little disgruntled. Why would I be told twice that my parcel was going to be with me when it clearly wasn't going to leave the depot? The guy that I spoke to couldn't care less. He was basically just repeating parrot-fashion 'well all I can tell you is whats on my screen' he said to EVERY single thing that I said. 'Why didn't it come out when I asked it to?' 'All I can tell you is what's in front of me' - AAAAGGGHHH!!! I asked to speak to his manager - he said that if I wanted to complain, I need to email in the complaint. I told him that I'd already sent my 'feedback' (pathetic at only 1500 characters - about 2 paragraphs) and wanted to speak to someone. 'As I've already told you, you need to fill out an email' I said 'I want to speak to your manager or team leader or supervisor or whatever you call them now please,' to which I received the cordial reply of 'beeeeeep' as he hung up on me.
I must confess that I went into the front room and screamed and employed a few well-chosen 4-letter words.
This is what Yodel think of us - this is how they treat their customers. I for one will be checking who is using them in future and steer clear of the retailers. If retailers aren't bothered about their customers, then customers will vote with their feet and buy elsewhere. I'd be happy to pay and extra tenner on something if it's not going to be delivered by Yodel. The stress and anxiety (not to mention the phone bill) not to deal with such a diabolical company is worth paying over the odds for the same goods from a more expensive supplier who use a reputable courier.
If I could give this company zero stars or, better still, a negative score, I would.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great price (half the price of Kwik fit for my tyre!) and fitted 4 new tyres in under half an hour. Also managed to get me booked in the following day as opposed to 3 days later as per the website (just gave them a call and they arranged it for me).
I honestly can't fault them - tyres arrived the next day after ordering to the garage and they fitted them immediately. Happy as a pig in sh*t :)
Mazuma offered me a very competitive price for my old iPhone. I filled out the form and 2 days later, a pre-paid jiffy bag came through the post. I bubble wrapped my phone, posted it and chose the 'bank transfer' method of payment. Before close of business the NEXT DAY the money was in my account! Absolutely fantastic service!
