Ordered blinds on a Friday night, made a mistake with measurements, realised this and sent an email, also phoned them first thing on Monday morning. They changed the measurements for me, no problem and even gave me a refund via PayPal without me asking for it. Excellent service, good customer service, would recommend.
Ordered a mattress on Wednesday for next day delivery, order accepted, credit card charged.Phone call received at about 17.30 on Wednesday evening saying that they were just loading the lorry and realised that it was out of stock at that warehouse, but that they would send one from a different warehouse, and that I would receive it on Friday. Wednesday evening received an email saying that I would receive the mattress on Thursday!!
Friday morning I was in the shower, the phone rang, by the time I got to it, no one there also a missed call on my mobile. Then an email asking me to contact Mattressnextday regarding my order. After being kept on hold for 45minutes the first time hung up and tried again and this time on hold for 38 minutes.Sent two messages for call back and waited until 14.37 when they phoned my mobile, let it ring twice and then they hung up. Did'nt give me a chance to answer it! I rang them again and finally got through to be told that the mattress that I ordered had been lost by the courier and I could'nt have one till the following Tuesday! 15.50 hrs on a Friday!! Cancelled the order, rang another company, had my mattress on the Saturday morning. Would not waste my time or energy on this company.
