Whilst I am happy to pay the arrangement fees, I am at a loss to understand why the fees paid are plus deposit which I assumed was paid to the carrier but this is not the case. The carrier does not get the deposit and is then charged a percentage also out of the payment he receives from the customer. I think this is a shabby way to treat carriers and customers alike. Out of a quote of £79 Shpleys receive £30 + whilst the carriers invoice to me was £69 and a few pence.
I was lucky enough to get a brilliant carrier. Thanks for a job well done .
