The item I purchased was not in stock and needed to be special ordered in the size I selected. I emailed to see the status. I was told that they were having a hard time getting my selected size in. I should select a different item, size, or get a refund. I had read product reviews online after ordering and many said it runs small go up a size. So I called (totally forgot about time difference) but spoke to a nice Representative who assisted me. Changed the size. The item shipped via DHL and arrived in 2 (wow!) days to the USA. And the reviews were correct. The larger size fits good and I am satisfied with the experience. Will most likely order again and thank you!
