I made an order on Sunday 28th October for two dresses for a wedding I sent them to my friend's house in Uk as i live in Greece she was going to bring it out to me as she's going to the wedding too. Unfortunately someone at her address turned the order away, as they didn't recognize the name. I called DX and cancelled the delivery and they said that was ok and missguided said they will give a refund. I have sent a message to missguided and cancelled the order and requested a refund and have heard nothing.
I made a new order Tuesday 30th to get sent to my Greek address as I saw they do EU next day delivery and i paid approx £13 for postage. I recieved an email saying it had been despatched and estimated delivery is the 5th November. That's in five days time, I need it for a wedding that's why I paid for next day delivery.I need it by Saturday so thought by ordering on the Tuesday that would be enough time. I tracked it and it's in France at the moment it's never going to get here in time.I'm going to recieve two dresses after the wedding which i'll have to keep because it's too expensive to send back and i'm worried i'll never get my refund like the previous order. I'm really dissapointed with the communication I'd like a response to know what is going on. i'm over £175 out of pocket right now. And i'll have nothing to wear.

I apologise for the late delivery of your order but it appears to have been held in customs, and as a gesture of good will we have refunded your shipping charge.
