Don't bother, some things in life just aren't worth the hassle. I raised a request in January 2012, they lost it. I didn't know for some time, thinking they were dealing with it. When I noticed it disappeared I had to push to get it re-raised, so my cashback is now on course to be paid in January 2013 - when it should have been July 2012
All this fuss and no apology for £70? I'm not bothering in future.
Their Customer Service system is awful, the options available are really restrictive so you might as well pick any option when you're complaining.
January 2013: I had to chase and push for an update, the money is apparently on its way - minus £5 for a retention fee which I wasn't previously aware of. So even here, it's far from satisfactory, it's really not worth the hassle if this is how they operate. They should be shut down.

I received an email within 24 hours of posting the phone to confirm they received it, and within an hour or so of that I received more mails confirming the payment was being processed. What more could you ask for?!
