myhermes really do not deserve any rating, they should either be completely overhauled or dissolved as a company. They lost a £200 parcel I sent and then the hassle really starts.......live webchat where you can be completely ignored mid conversation, endless 0871 calls which cost me a fortune. Compensation took 9 weeks. Spread the word!!!
