3 out of 4 Parcels were BROKEN

I sent out 4 photo frames, wrapped many times in bubble wrap, packed very tightly in double carbon sheets and taped with a strong tape all around. with a Fragile sticker on top of it. Packed exactly like post office says item like this should be packed for safe delivery.
3 out of 4 have reached their destination so far, and all 3 were completely broken.
MyHermes does not give any refund for the delivery or the item that also had insurance bought with them, because the parcel had glass inside.
Do not use this company if you send something that can possibly brake as the item will break.
I lost lot of money as I had to give my customers full refund. Plus I paid extra for insurance that I didn't charge from my customers.
Very Very disappointed.
Will never use them again.

Waiting for last parcel to reach destination, fingers crossed its not damaged but I'm hopeless for real.
