Boarding cards more expencive than flight

I am amazed how you conduct business when a passanger needs to chack in on line more than 4 hours before the flight and if they dont, there is a cost of 650 SEK (something like that) for one piece of paper written out in less than 1 minute.
I can not belive you dare to have his kind of surveys. I guess you never publice them?
