Avoid. Intermittent Service and High Unexpected Charges

Avoid is my advice. I'd look elsewhere because in my experience the service quality is intermittent and the company will hit you up with very significant extra charges wherever they can. In my personal opinion their style of trading is unethical.

The Good Side:
>quick easy to get into offices for short periods that look professional.
>they'll give you a few weeks move in prior to start of tenancy
The staff are usually nice people who want to help

The Bad Side
I had a 3 month contract and the following was my experience:
>around 6 weeks to get a phone line working
>several weeks to get internet going (other than WiFi which drops out regularly during the day)
>obligation to pay for 3 months of mail forwarding & phone forwarding for about 100/month AFTER you leave the tenancy. Check the very fine print.
>I was charged quite a high and totally unjustified refurbishment fee even though the office was absolutely unmarked by my brief presence.
>They won't return your bond for 3 or 4 months after you move out and I've just had mine back after many phone calls chasing and it seems they've charged me about 30 pounds electronic payment fee just to rub it in.
>several weeks of toilets not working in building or working intermittently
>Staff changed a lot meaning issues weren't always dealt with quickly.
>Expensive extra costs in lots of areas eg 100 or so to put a sign in lobby if your company is registered at their office (a small piece of plastic amongst many other names).
