Lax 'customer care'

Achica is cool and sassy, I've bought some choice items from the site, but as it has grown, I feel respect for their customers has dropped. I've had tolerable problems with delivery, however I am hugely disappointed with the system of communicating with their care team. After waiting three days for a reply for a collection date for my smashed mirror, any hope of having it collected before Christmas is remote- they dont seem to understand people work Monday -Friday 9-5. It doesn't seem like their customer care team do those hours- perhaps that's part of the confusion. If somebody had replied to my request in a timely manner, this could have been dealt with this week - whilst I'm on leave. Instead I am still awaiting a reply and as there frustratingly is NO WAY publicised to speak to somebody, I have to voice my concerns here. I sound ranty, sarcastic and annoying, and perhaps that's why they don't have a telephone number listed? But Achica, If there was a human voice on a phone that I could talk to, I would not rant, just be pleased to talk with someone who was genuinely dedicated to customer care. If you can't manage that, at least reply on your Internet messaging system
