They don't really deserve 1 star to be honest.
Ordered some Oklahoma furniture in store on the 26th August 12 & was promised a 6 week delivery time (no later apparently). Starting chasing around the 1st Oct to see if I could get a delivery date and was repeatedly told that 'Yodel' would contact me to arrange delivery. On the 10th October I contacted Yodel myself & was told they had absolutley no idea or information about any order from Dreams. Contacted Dreams once again only to be told they were having trouble with the supplier of the furniture & that they would call me back with some info the same day - they never did! Since then I have made no less than 10 phone calls to them, one time they give me an actual delivery date in a few days time! - I doubled checked this with Yodel who once again stated they had no record of an order for me, back onto Dreams who apologised & said they did not know why a delivery date was stated on their systems. That's happened another couple of times since and guess what it's the 1st November now & still nothing it's pretty disgusting really. The worst part is they haven't actually called me once, even when they said they would call back. Any bit of communication has been instigated by me..
