Cheap price bad in all other respects

One first point independent of this review - people are given a free camera kit by SLR hut to post a comment here so there is a inherent bias in this site.

Anyway, I bought a Canon 5D mrk III with a 24 - 105 lens. Two stars are given as the price was admitedly cheap. In every other aspect the service was poor - the after sales call was pushy and my order was messed up and then subsequently badly managed.

It took ages to validate my shipping address which wasn't my billing address - my package was then shipped to a mixture of two address- I rang up straight away and was assured this would be fixed... it wasn't. I ended up having the package delivered to the wrong address and having to spend hours and hours on the phone to the couriers on a 0845 number - the camera came after 11 days and cost me work which I needed the camera for. I emailed a complaint and asking for a refund for my rushed delivery charge and nobody even bothered to reply.
