Excellent express service

We had been thinking about equity release for some time and approached Key Retirement Solutions and others a couple of years ago to get a full understanding of the benefits and pitfalls.

It was clear back then that Key were way ahead of the pack, but we were not ready to proceed at that time and told them so. They said they would keep in touch (which they did through their magazine) and invited us to call back when we were ready. No pressure, no unwanted letters, phone calls or emails.

When we did call back the service was excellent - professional and very quick. Everything was explained in detail and all questions answered in full. Nothing was too much trouble.

Would we recommend Key to others? Without a doubt - we do not think anyone could get better advice elsewhere. Why only 4 stars? We never give 5, although on this occasion we were very tempted!
