Got offered £28 for my handset, sent it off and then received an email stating the handset had excessive wear and tear and the revised offer would be £11. There is not excessive wear and tear on my handset, the only problem is some of the coloured coating has worn off the buttons on the side of the handset (this happens with every phone). Now, if it had scratches on the touch screen etc then I would understand this but the screen is perfect as always had a protector on it. Phone was also always kept in a case so no scratches on the casing either. When I pressed the reject button a little message popped up on screen telling me that I would have to pay £8.95 for them to return my handset to me. Wish I had sent it to Mazuma now as they offered me £26 in Argos vouchers and they do not charge to send your handset back if they do have to review their offer.
I HAVE CONTACTED WATCHDOG AND ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!
